• Elizabeth has played an active role in generating successful business solutions for diverse national and international companies, such as AliCorp, Empresas Polar, Plumrose, General Motors Venezuela, Banesco, Grupo Mercantil, Siemens, Sincor, Xerox, BASF, ORACLE, Venalum, DPA, Farmatodo and Johnson & Johnson

 

• Elizabeth has worked for Hay Group since 1998. Prior to that, she was Manager of the Research and Scientific Publications Division of the Venezuelan Social Security Institute (IVSS).  Manager of the Top Executive Programs & Activities at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Administration (IESA). She also was an independent HR Consultant, delivering Courses and Seminars in companies such as Pequiven, Corpoven, Jantesa, Inelectra and Owens Illinois Venezuela

 

• Elizabeth is a Psychologist, graduated from the Andrés Bello Catholic University (UCAB), Venezuela, and holds a Ph.D degree in Psychology from the Warsaw University, Poland
  

 

• She has experience in Executive Coaching for several companies as well as in Executive and Organizational Development programs, Top Teams, Training, and Human Resources consulting. Elizabeth has particular expertise in Change Management, Executive Coaching, Competency Model Building, Competency Development, Performance Management, staff Selection and Executive Assessment
